- Laundry facilities in each building open 24/7 for only $2.25 per load to wash or dry. (Our app lets you see which washers and dryers are in use and texts you when your laundry is done!)
- Security staff on duty in each residence every night
- Ensuite washrooms and showers in each suite in Pembina Hall and Arthur V. Mauro Residences and bathtub rooms in Arthur V. Mauro Residence
- Washrooms, showers and bathtubs on each floor in Mary Speechly Hall and University College Residences that are cleaned by our caretaking staff
