New UM and ICM students age 17-24 who submit residence applications for the September 2026 to April 2027 Academic Year by December 31, 2025 are guaranteed an offer of housing in one of our residences.

Students not currently living in our residences who submit residence applications for the September 2026 to April 2027 Academic Year by December 31, 2025 do not have to pay an application fee.

• the current 2025/26 Academic Year

Go to Login above and use the Forgotten Password link on the Login page if you wish to reset your password.
