Conferences have been given a Group Code unique to their event.

Rooms have been saved by your organizer and are ready for you to reserve. To proceed, enter your group code below and then follow the prompts to reserve your room.

There is no deposit or fee to save a room. You will be charged for your stay upon check-out. Cancellations: In the event of cancellations less than 48 hours prior to reservation check-in date or "no show", you will be charged for one night's stay.

If you wish to cancel, please email conference.residence@umanitoba.ca so that the room can be reserved by another guest.
